Family Activity Holidays in Scotland
Join us for a 2 night Family Activity Break at Cally Palace Hotel in south west scotland.
Dumfries and Galloway has a wealth of activities on offer for all the
family and the Cally Palace, Gatehouse of Fleet is ideally placed to
take advantage of these.
The Family Activity Break includes 2 nights Dinner Bed and Breakfast for a family of up to 2 adults and 2 children and a choice of:
1. The Basic Activity Package, a choice of The Laggan Outdoor Package which includes:
- 8-10 years, Grass Sledging (1 hour) * and Archery (half hour).
- 10 years upwards, Grass sledging (1 hour) *, Archery (half hour) and Mountain Balling (1 mountain ball roll) **.
* Grass sledging weight restriction 14 stone.
** Mountain Balling, height must be over 4ft 10”, weight restriction 14 stone.
2. The Galloway Activity Centre Package,
which includes two taster sessions
from a choice of:
- Sailing
- Windsurfing
- Archery
- Outdoor Laser Quest
- Mountain Biking
- Climbing
- Kayaking
- Canoeing
- Crate Climb & Leap of Faith
(2 taster sessions is classified as a 1/2 day)

The Cally Palace has an indoor pool, tennis court, putting green and access to
many local walks and our own 18 hole golf course.
