We want your stay in Scotland at our four-star hotel to be a most enjoyable one. Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions relating to your stay with us at our Scottish hotel:
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit of £30.00 per adult is required to confirm your booking.
Family Rooms
Special rates apply for children sharing a family room with two adults. Details are available on request.
DRESS CODE
Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket, collar and tie from 6.30pm onwards in the dining-room. This applies equally to young men over 16 years of age. Younger guests taking dinner are also asked to dress smartly. Usual standards of dress on the golf course apply.
SMOKING
As with all Scottish hotels, from bedrooms to public rooms, Cally Palace is entirely non-smoking.
WINES AND SPIRITS
Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the hotel.
DOGS
Dogs are accepted at the management’s discretion. However, dogs are not allowed in public areas or on the golf course. Additionally they must not be left unattended in the bedrooms. Please contact Reception for housekeeping charges.
LIFTS
Our guest lift only serves part of the hotel. Please advise us when booking if you have any difficulty with stairs.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Rooms are available for check-in after 2.30pm. On the day of your departure, please vacate your room and settle your hotel account by 11.00am.
SPECIAL OFFERS
Special hotel offers and related terms cannot be applied retrospectively to any existing reservations.
