• Commis Chef
  Applicants must be enthusiastic, hard working and able to work as part of a small team.
  - Hours will be an average of 45 on a shift basis including weekends.
  - This is a live-in position and the rate of pay dependant on experience.

• The Hydro are also looking to recruit a full or part-time Kitchen Porter/Assistant.
   The successful candidate will be required to maintain a high level of cleanliness and health and hygiene within all areas of the kitchen, whilst complying with all aspect of health and safety legislation.  
  
  You should be flexible and willing to work on a shift pattern and at weekends.
  Example of shift patterns:
  9am - 3pm or 5pm - 11pm or 10am - 6pm or a split shift 8am - 12 noon and 6.30pm - finish.
