Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions relating to your accommodation and stay with us at Fernhill Hotel in Portpatrick, Dumfries and Galloway:
DEPOSITS
To confirm your booking we require a non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person within 14 days of your booking being made. For Christmas and New Year packages, a deposit of £50.00 per adult is required.
CHILDREN
Children enjoy FREE bed and breakfast when sharing one of our large rooms with two adults on dinner, bed and breakfast rates.
- Children sharing with two adults on bed and breakfast rates are charged the following:
- Child up to 4 years - £5.00 per day
- Child from 5 to 15 years - £10.00 per day - Christmas, New Year and Weekend Breaks
Children sharing with two adults are charged the following:
- Child up to 4 years – 25% of the adult rate
- Child from 5 to 15 years – 50% of the adult rate
SMOKING
From bedrooms to public rooms, Fernhill is an entirely non-smoking hotel
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Rooms are available for check-in after 2.00pm. On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 11.00am. We will be pleased to make alternative arrangements with prior notice.
WINES AND SPIRITS
Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the hotel.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by cash, MasterCard, Visa and Maestro.
DOGS
Dogs are accepted at the management’s discretion. However, dogs are not allowed in public areas and must not be left unattended in bedrooms.
SERVICE
The hotel does not operate a service charge. Staff gratuities are left to the discretion of guests.
SPECIAL OFFERS
Special offers and related terms only refer to new bookings and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing reservations.
