The Dining Room at Peebles Hydro
Dinner is served in the stunning Dining Room. With ornate ceilings and glittering chandeliers, a grand piano and a row of tall windows overlooking the gardens.
The menu is varied to suit all ages with a nice mix of traditional dishes and international cuisine and vegetarian dishes.
Dinner at Peebles Hydro is a grown up affair, giving you the chance to dress up, enjoy good food and take in the stunning views across the beautiful Tweed Valley - whilst the children are looked after in their very own dining room. If you wish your child to accompany you for dinner in the Dining Room there is an additional charge of £14.00 per child per night.

Breakfast
A full breakfast is also served in the Dining Room, or if you wish served in your bedroom. Breakfast can be served in your room from 07.15 to 10.00 at no extra charge and 10.00 to 12.00 noon for an extra charge.

- Breakfast 08.30 – 10.00 (Sundays)
- Dinner 07.30 – 21.00 (last orders)

Dress Code
Please note, after 6.30pm in the bar, the restaurant for dinner and at dances, it is requested that the dress code for gentlemen is smart or smart casual. Eg: trousers and shirt or shirt and tie, and (jeans will not be permitted for either gentlemen or ladies during these times).
