We are a professional and committed team with years of practical experience in conference organisation meaning the Hydro has acquired an excellent reputation for hosting successful events. With many conferences coming back year after year, some for as many as 50 years!

Set in 30 acres of grounds, Peebles Hydro is ideal for themed events, team building exercises and sporting challenges.

With a range of 6 conference rooms plus a magnificent ballroom and elegant dining room, this is an extremely flexible venue. The hotel is one of very few in the Borders that can cope with needs ranging from simple syndicate rooms to large conferences. Bookings range from board meetings for 10, up to events for 400.

A member of our management team will meet you on arrival to confirm all the details of your requirements and will be available to offer assistance throughout your meeting
Your meeting room will be refreshed during your lunch break or as required
Refreshment breaks, lunch and dinner will be served at the time requested and within your time requirements
Our technical support staff will ensure that your audio visual needs are met and that events run smoothly. All audio visual equipment will be tested and in full working order prior to your arrival
All telephone messages and faxes will be handled by reception
The account will be sent to you within five working days. We undertake to have the relevant signature for all additional items
