Please find below a Terms & Conditions for Wedding Bookings:
- A booking will be held for a maximum of 14 days at the discretion of the management and is subject to availability.
- The booking will only be deemed confirmed upon receipt of a non refundable deposit of £30.00 per person. A Pro Forma invoice will be sent and Payment in full is required 14 days before your wedding.
- Any additional costs on the day must be covered by a guaranteed method of payment.
- In the event of a cancellation, Peebles Hotel Hydro will invoice for 50% of the anticipated final invoice if this occurs between 3-12 months prior to the wedding or 75% thereafter.
- We would highly recommend you are insured.
