Please take a moment to read our terms and conditions relating to your stay in Scotland at Kirroughtree Country House Hotel:
DEPOSITS
We require written confirmation and a deposit of £15.00 per adult within 14 days of your booking being made. For Christmas and New Year packages, a deposit of £50.00 per adult is required. All deposits are non-refundable.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
We accept payment by cash, cheque, MasterCard, Visa or Switch.
SPECIAL OFFERS
With regret special hotel offers and related terms cannot be applied retrospectively to any existing reservations.
CHILDREN
In order to retain the peace and quiet our guests so appreciate, we only accept children of 10 years of age or older, unless special arrangements have been made beforehand and confirmed in writing.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Rooms are available for check-in after 2.00pm. On the day of your departure, please vacate your room by 11.00am. We will be pleased to make alternative arrangements with prior notice.
DRESS CODE
Gentlemen are requested to wear a jacket in public rooms from 6.30 pm and for dinner.
SMOKING
From bedrooms to public rooms, Kirroughtree House is an entirely non-smoking hotel.
WINES AND SPIRITS
Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the hotel.
DOGS
Dogs are permitted in the house’s lower ground floor.
SERVICE
The hotel does not operate a service charge. Staff gratuities are left to the discretion of guests.
