The ambience of Kirroughtree Scottish Country House Hotel and its facilities are delightful, but it is your staff which makes the difference. The welcome was particularly pleasant but really everyone excelled at providing service that was personal and warm without being familiar - just right. A memorable experience that I hope to repeat and will certainly recommend.
