With horseradish mashed potato, sautéed wild mushrooms, spinach and a green peppercorn sauce
FILLET OF SCOTTISH SALMON
With chive risotto, aubergine caviar, roasted beetroot and lemon cream sauce
Vegetables and potatoes are individually tailored to compliment each dish. An additional selection of vegetables and potatoes or a green salad are available on request*.
