The T-Mobile HotSpot service is already operational at the North West Castle in Stranraer, Kirroughtree House in Newton Stewart and the Hydro and Park Hotels in Peebles, and will be installed at other locations as soon as broadband access is available in those areas.

Douglas McMillan, Director of McMillan Hotels which was voted Group of the Year in the 2005 Scottish Hotels Awards, commented:

“Business guests can download files needed for meetings, surf the Internet or access their company Intranets easily, reliably and without wires at broadband rates.

”The corporate market is very important for us. We are constantly looking to improve facilities for our business guests to make life easier for them, and believe this new service will be particularly popular with delegates at the hundreds of conferences and seminars which we host each year.”
