Our Head Chef, Jenny Thomson, will be delighted to sit down with you to put together a personalised wedding menu of the best of Scotland’s produce, much of it sourced in the Scottish Borders and the area surrounding the hotel.
Each wedding day menu we create is bespoke, so you can introduce favourite dishes where possible - it all combines to really make your wedding day your own.
